"This place just opened in late December 2025 so it’s only about 6 months old. I will share that my husband and I usually take 1 adults only all inclusive trip to Cancun each year and typically stay at breathless or Secrets resorts but this far surpassed our experiences that we’ve had. The property was amazing, so many free amenities included and the food was comparable to that of secrets but better. So many choices in food, no lines , great employees and beautiful maintained public areas. They offer the privilege package but you seriously are wasting your money u less you want to use the infinity pool. Otherwise you have everything you could ask for in terms of choices and amenities. Beach was very clean and they start serving drinks at 10am. There was no room service ability to order from your phone this time so not sure if that was a glitch or because guest capacity was pretty low due to being off season and a newer resort but again with all the choices in sweets, buffet, restaurants, I prefer going to those over room service. "
