Room was “refreshed rate” but was definitely in need of work. Tiles and baseboards were broken. No shampoo or soap. Staff fixed the shampoo issue right away. The splash zone was not in service. Mediocre stay

Staff for the most part were very helpful, had great communication but our room was dirty. Shower had hair, walls and carpet had stains. Bathroom over all was dirty and had a clogged sink
