"Our stay at Planet Hollywood Cancun was unfortunately not a good experience. For such a large and premium resort, several basic things were disappointing. The ACs in multiple areas including the lobby and restaurants were either not working properly or barely effective, which made it very uncomfortable, especially in the Cancun heat. One of the biggest issues was that for five straight days, the resort did not have oranges available. My pregnant wife was dealing with dizziness and oranges were something that helped her, yet despite repeatedly asking, we were told they were unavailable throughout our stay. It was surprising and frustrating that a resort of this size could not arrange something so basic. Additionally, the room service vegetarian options were extremely limited and the food quality was not up to the mark. Overall, the experience did not meet the expectations we had for this resort."

"The welcoming staff was very welcoming but also deceiving. My wife and I arrived and got tricked into a 3 hour long meeting with Unlimited Vacation Club members. We spent to much time with them and in the end, we didn’t purchase a package. But they will press you and press you and send you to different people to try and lock you in. Even after repeatedly telling them no. Other than that, the resort is really clean. Poolside concierge made you feel special. The beach was cleaned daily from seaweed. We also tried booking a romantic dinner in advance and they could not accommodate. The owner of Seaside Grill made us a deal. Buy a bottle of wine and get a private dinner in a wine cellar. That was unique and we enjoyed it. 4 out of 5 stars."

"We loved the hotel, super clean, food was amazing and very kid friendly yet good for adults as well. One thing I have to say is that rooms are not too noise proof. I heard the furniture moving from upstairs rooms, in the bathroom I heard the neighbors showering,laughing flushing etc. If you’re looking for a restless room it might fall short from my experience. But having said that everything else met my expectations specially the food and service."

"We recently stayed at Majestic Elegance Costa Mujeres from April 30 to May 10 for our wedding, and the entire experience exceeded our expectations. Our wedding day on May 5 was absolutely perfect, and a huge part of that was thanks to our incredible wedding planner, Ivette. She made sure every detail was handled flawlessly, kept everything organized and stress-free, and truly went above and beyond to make our day special. We could not have asked for a better planner. We also want to give a special thank you to our photographer, Ana. She made the day feel so natural and memorable, and her energy and professionalism helped make the experience even more meaningful. We absolutely loved working with her. At our reception, Ivan, our bartender, was phenomenal. He was hands down one of the best bartenders we have ever had. Not only were the drinks excellent, but his service, personality, and professionalism impressed every single guest at our wedding. We also had an amazing dining experience during our stay. Bolgar at the teppanyaki restaurant provided incredible service and made the dinner so much fun and enjoyable. Abimeal at the Mexican restaurant was also an outstanding server who made us feel very welcome and taken care of. Overall, the resort, staff, service, and wedding experience were unforgettable.
