"I had a wonderful stay at RIU Latino in Cancún. The hotel is beautiful, exceptionally clean, and offers an amazing beachfront location. The food was excellent with plenty of variety, the entertainment was fun, and the staff throughout the resort were always friendly and welcoming. I would especially like to recognize Gustavo at the Front Desk for providing outstanding service. From the moment I arrived for check-in until my departure at check-out, Gustavo was professional, courteous, attentive, and genuinely committed to making my stay as enjoyable as possible. His warm attitude, efficiency, and willingness to help made a lasting impression and truly elevated my experience. Employees like Gustavo represent the highest standard of hospitality and are a great asset to RIU Hotels & Resorts. Thank you for making my vacation so memorable. I would gladly return to RIU Latino and highly recommend this resort to anyone visiting Cancún."
