"This property was one of the nicest resorts I have been to. We typically stay at Secrets, but I think this one impressed me more. The restaurants were great. They had an abundance of really nice and very clean restrooms. The app was not very friendly, as it was difficult to view the map and make reservations. Thankfully they provide a paper map and my concierge with Expedia was amazing and booked all our dinner reservations! The water isn’t the best because of the seaweed, which is common for the time of year we went (May) and that area. Overall this was a fabulous choice!"

"Not the best dreams hotel I’ve stayed at. The pool area smells disgusting which I feel stems from the beach. The beach water is full of seaweed. There are not many amenities. This hotel is very wedding focused and forgets about the rest of the attendees. The pool area, bar and certain restaurants get closed to attend wedding which leaves the rest of the guest with less option. There’s only ONE pool bar so imagine closing that early. There was HARDLY any staff available. Upon arrival they were going to send my bags to a different room and I had issues with entering two restaurants even though I made reservations at the preferred lounge. One the the managers named Enrique was a nightmare! Absolutely NO CUSTOMER SERVICE nor manners. In the check in and check out processed we felt very rushed and barely attended to even though we paid for preferred. The food portions were TINY and the buffet area had hardly any options. The hallways to the rooms smelled of mildew. The drinks were very watered down. Oh and bring your own straws because they will not provide you any. I’ve been to Mexico 5 times and I would say this was not the best choice AT all. Would recommend other dreams hotels."

"Our stay truly exceeded every expectation. From the second we arrived, you could immediately feel how organized, polished, and intentional the entire experience was. We were welcomed with the sweetest anniversary surprise.. champagne, fruit, and a happy anniversary ribbon on our door which instantly made the trip feel special & personal. Even the arrival process stood out. Champagne at front entrance. Then inside after check the bellhop met us at welcome bar & personally escorted us to our room, toured the room with us, explained everything and made us feel completely welcomed. What impressed us most was the level of service across the entire resort. Every staff member was warm, attentive, and incredibly professional. You can genuinely tell the staff is exceptionally well trained, and everyone works together seamlessly to create an elevated luxury experience that still feels relaxed and welcoming.The restaurants were outstanding- honestly some of the best all-inclusive food we’ve had. Room service was also delicious. The property itself was spotless at all times and beautifully maintained. We also loved how spread out the pools were. Most never felt overcrowded, which made it easy to relax and enjoy different areas of the resort. The swim-up bar pool was definitely the liveliest and busiest. The excellence club, beach section, and private pool access made the experience feel even more elevated. Overall I give it a 10. We are going to book again for same time next year! "

"Not worth it! In off season 1 hour wait for table at the Asian restaurant, no ramps for baby stroller, stolen $200 from the safe box, the food is below the cheapest buffet $8.99 lunch time all you can eat, waiters in bad mood (slow season, no customers, no tips), construction everywhere, the hotel is old and dirty, activities during day time are poor, night time shows are the poorest I have even seen, managers asking how is everything, but if you tell them you have an issue, they just walk away (like I didn’t want to hear that, but I really don’t care), after the pool bar closes the staff is collecting the cups around the pool in garbage bags pouring to the grass the leftovers (disgusting, next day people are walking on sticky grass wondering “what’s that”, We stayed there for 9 nights, even if they offer me another 9 nights completely free WE WOULD NOT GO BACK AT THIS HOTEL! This is professional feedback from former restaurant manager, not from person in bad mood! "
