We had a great stay here due mainly to the amazing staff! Huge shoutout to the pool staff. Luis, Edwin and Roger. Everyone was great and helpful at this resort. Food was very good. One thing I will say is that the beach is not good.

Only complaints are when booking nothing was mentioned about the middle main pool being under renovations. When we were leaving they were beginning to fill it with water and the spa services are expensive with mediocre job. $165 for manicure FYI. Nothing special about the experience for that price. Besides those the staff is amazing

Absolutely loved the swim up room! Me and my husband were celebrating our honeymoon and had our room decorated. The dinner on the beach was well worth the money and the food was amazing! We also got catered to from our pool with drinks and food. Delicious.

We really enjoyed our stay. The staff was very accommodating and helpful! We had the preferred club with a tropical view, the hot tub on the balcony was definitely a highlight of the room. The hydrotherapy water spa was amazing as well. The only downside was Mother Nature; a storm came days before our stay and caused a lot of seaweed to wash up on the resort

Room was very clean. Mostly quiet and serene. Beautiful view and the swim out pool was an amazing addition. With Secrets we also had access to the Breathless side which allowed for more of a party vibe if we wanted to. Definitely recommend for a romantic vacation!

Our experience with this resort was outstanding. The staff really made it memorable, with our concierge Daniel Rodriguez being amazing. We had an ocean front room with a separate bedroom, it was worth every penny of the splurge! The view, of course was amazing, but the staff again really made the experience. From the little extras to a special reservation for dinner and a romantic breakfast, Daniel treated us like royalty. I cannot recommend this resort enough, you will not regret it.

This was my first time staying at this resort and I already want to come back. The food was so good everything other than the dessert selection was amazing! I wish i had more time to try all the restaurants. The property was so clean and well maintained, it seemed to be someone cleaning something the whole five days i was there. The staff were also so nice and helpful and I love how everyone spoke and asked if we needed anything. The drinks on the secrets side were better than the breathless side. Our room was also very clean and they took the time to organize the things we left out. We visited for our honeymoon and my birthday and we can’t wait to return.

Secrets never disappoints. This is my 3rd time visiting a Secrets Resort & I am always raving about how above and beyond they go for their guest. I have never been to another country but Mexico because the hospitality just keeps on bringing me back. I’ve been to Secrets Akumal in Tulum in 2017 for my honeymoon, Secrets Playa Mujeres in 2021 for my husband birthday & now Secrets Riveria Cancun for my birthday. I’ll start with check-in… smooth check-in and we did arrive earlier than we had to wait but we were able to eat at Rosewater. We had access to the Breathless part of the resort and all of the other amenities it has including the restaurants, bars and pools. We had a preferred club swim-up suite & by far it was one of the best rooms ever. The shower was located in the middle of the room with two shower heads & all glass. I mean it set the mood… iykyk! lol housekeeping was top notch… not once did I had to call them to clean the room (tho we aren’t messy guest) but I love to have a fixed up bed… towels were always replenished and so was the mini bar. The swim-up room have waiters that come around to ask you about drinks & food. I want to give a shout out to Polo, Manuel & Mari!!! I mean… Que dios lo bendiga! Simpere atendivo! We also did the spa… front the front desk, to the staff & the masseuse Frida & Lenor… amazing ladies. Couple of other shouts to Elizabeth at Spoon & all the waiters that took their time getting to know us. Fernando, Jesus, Rodrigo, Ines!!
