"Nice property good location, 90% bad service , it seems like the owners have interest in there resort but the stuff don’t take care of it, we were thinking on getting a membership but due to bad service and lies we decided not to even talk to them and never go back. We complain and nobody got back to us they are overpriced for what you get. "

"Beautiful resort, great mix of party and relaxation. You can see the effort they put into the entertainment and events for the guests. The food is good, lots of options (not life changing tho) - Hibachi experience is worth it. As for the staff, everyone (and I mean everyone) was great, special shout out to ROGER! He was on top of everything and made our experience even better. "

"We had an amazing stay! Our room was at Ventus Ha which was new, modern and very clean. The grounds are beautiful and we were able to enjoy pools at all 3 resorts. Dinner reservations were difficult to make however. If we had known that we would have upgraded to Platinum. Otherwise the food was fantastic, staff were friendly, we will definitely be back!"

"This was my second year in a row to visit. I love the place but sweating while in my room is a real drag. It was only in the mid 70s outside but the humidity and temperature in the room was uncomfortable. I reported it, and they checked it out, stating “it was working as it should”"

"AirPort shuttle was on time. Room was good, no ice on my floor had to go 2 floors down for ice."
