"As always, an exceptional stay, a welcome gift of a free drink in the bar, lovely staff and gorgeous welcome. Moreover, everything works in the facilities and, unusually, all the individual parts work intuitively from the shower, the lighting, the coffee making machines, the thorough quality of the bedding, furniture, sound-proofing, blackout blinds, restaurant, concierge etc. My unqualified favourite of mine for London stays. As good as any 5 star I have stayed in. Exceptional!"

"Perfect little apartment style room comfortable for a 2 night stay. Loved having a mini fridge, and cooking nook. Table was great to work from. No housekeeping so keep that in mind. Quick walk to Earls Court station, and Kensington High street. Friendly staff. "

"We love our room , it has a single Room and a double room a few steps upstairs and it is cleans and smells nice. The staff let us check in early and we managed to rest before we went out for the night concert. We love the complimentary hot drinks in the reception and in bedroom"
