Great old hotel in London. Worth noting it’s a big tourist hotel so you occasionally get huge coach loads of people in but the reception and staff are fantastic.

Everything about the hotel was great, and the location was very convenient. However, it would be much better if luggage storage before check-in and after check-out were provided free of charge. Even budget hotels offer complimentary luggage storage, so I was quite surprised that this hotel charges £2.50 per bag. I hope the hotel will reconsider this policy to provide a better experience for guests.
