"The swim up bar was very fun! Lot's of great drinks. Staff was fun and attentive. The hotel itself was clean. Our room was semi-clean. There were gross splatters of sonething on the bathroom door and gross black smudges on the entry door to our room. House keeping was so-so. Items like tissue and toilet paper weren't replaced. Some of the towels were thread bare and/or had holes in them. Mini bar was not replaced daily. We had to ask for things to drink and wait for them to be delivered to our room. Sometimes it was impossible to get a hold of anyone with the room phone. The beach was nice and we had on and off good beach service. The breakfast buffet restaurant was good with fun, attentive staff. The asian restaurant food was so-so and the atmosphere was loud and chaotic. American Kountry restaurant food was so-so. Staff was decent. The steakhouse was not good. The meat cuts were random, no matter what you ordered you got what you got. Staff was terrible! The front desk reception staff were helpful. The food court was pretty good! All of the bars were good and the lady named Josie was top notch! She was so helpful! We really appreciated her! All in all, I would call it a hit or miss experience."

"Our stay at Ocean Blue & Sand was absolutely amazing! From the moment we arrived, everyone made us feel welcome and treated us like family. The rooms were very clean, comfortable, and well maintained every day. The entire resort has such a beautiful atmosphere with wonderful people everywhere. A very special thank you to the best team at the Tiki Bar — Antonio, Moreta, and Amber — for their incredible service, positive energy, and amazing drinks. They truly made our vacation unforgettable! A huge thank you as well to Chef Soto for preparing the most delicious and tasteful food we had during our stay. Every meal was outstanding! And of course, a very special thank you to Rosalia from the Privilege Reception. She is truly the best — so kind, professional, caring, and always ready to help with a beautiful smile. She made our experience even more special and memorable. We highly recommend this resort to anyone visiting Punta Cana and cannot wait to come back again!"

"I have stayed in Punta Cana twice before, but this was by far the best resort experience, especially because of the incredible service from the staff. Everybody was positive and glad to help. A special thank you to Hector at the front desk, who helped with the room and made sure I received a quiet room. I also want to recognize Vivian and Raquel for going above and beyond with my food allergies and helping arrange special meals during the stay. Their care and attention made such a difference. Santiago was also extremely helpful and careful whenever delivering room service food. The coffee shop was amazing and so cute, and Yordania always provided excellent service with such a positive attitude every day. At the Kitchen Table Buffet, Santa always made sure I had everything, and was so attentive whenever I walked in to get food. The beach is definitely windy and has surf, but honestly it ended up being not a problem. I spent time there every day from around 9am until 4pm, and the breeze kept the weather comfortable so I never felt overheated, unlike other resorts where after 1 hour I wanted to go inside. The overall resort is not large, which made it easy to walk and explore. The gym is fantastic and has TechoGym equipment. The wildlife is also unique with parrots and small birds- definitely check out the Eco Park walk. Overall, this was such a peaceful and relaxing vacation, and the outstanding staff made it unforgettable."

"Only problem was we tried 3 different rooms upon arrival because the ac wasn’t working but they were very willing and helpful. Also, the restaurant reservation system is wonky, but again, they were very helpful and booked them for us. Staff was amazing. Daily pool activities, lovely bartenders, really fun. Bring bug repellents. "

"They use very cheap Liqour that is water down the pools aren’t properly cleaned the food was terrible not worth the stay"
