"A lot of reviews talk about lack of cleanliness or the food but honestly for me it was the complete opposite. yes maybe it wasn’t the most clean room BUT all it takes it a call to your butler or a walk to the front desk, to get your room cleaned, you can always ask for extra bottles of water to your room too. staff is very friendly and don’t push for tips, but they do pour heavy drinks to get you to tip but i’m not complaining. they have a variety of different food and even some places open until 4 am serving food (this is a necessity during a night of drinking) security is also very friendly, as long as your not too loud and aren’t causing damage your free to walk around the resort all night. you also feel very safe and protected on the resort as security and staff ensure you don’t leave the resort, and when you do leave for excursions, that it’s safe and not a scam. overall it was an amazing stay and for the price you pay, your definitely getting what you paid for."

"The property was beautiful, the beach was absolutely stunning!! The pool and amenities were all fantastic. The one thing that was blaaa was the food at all of the restaurants. The Kitchen (breakfast and lunch buffet) were delicious, I wish they had that open for dinner too. If I could change one thing it would be the offerings at the restaurants, all the food was ok, not great. "

"We had a great time, though we really would have liked the music on the terrace to continue until later—and at a higher volume, too, since they were actually conducting decibel tests! By 11:00 PM, if you don't want to go to the casino, there’s absolutely nothing to do; we wanted to dance bachata, but we couldn't."

"Need more entertainment"

"Resort was a 1/4 full so a lot of restaurants were closed. we have been to this resort 3 times now and for the first time ever, we tried to book a reservation at a restaurant and were told there were no available times. We walked by the resturant at 7 pm and there were more empty seats than filled seats. Was very disappointed at the lack of care in the staff. the other pet peeve, the "Lobster House" does not offer any Lobster - none. No rolls, no tails, no soup, no salad...how can a Lobster House not offer lobster? First world problems i know, was just silly though."
