"I book a non-smoking room but was allocated with smoking room. Need to pay extra for the nonsmoking room. They said I had requested but is not confirmed by the hotel! Hotel lobby is at 1st floor and the elevator is hidden. After checkout, the hotel staff is not helping to bring down luggage to ground floor. "Excellent location. Hotel is located just next to the OCAT bus terminal. So we took OCAT from KIX straight to the bus terminal. Very convenient. There’s the subway next to the hotel and a short 10 walk to Namba main shopping street. There’s also a Family Mart at the basement of the hotel building. A supermarket outside at the corner. We stayed 3 nights, couldn’t hear noise from neighbors which was good. Will stay here again on our upcoming Osaka trip. Drip coffee pod machine in the room was a pleasant bonus surprise! "
