"we’re arrived late night at the KIX. I messaged them before we arrived. The staff responded right away. All the staff are very friendly. The location is very convenient. Only 9 minutes walk to Dotonbori. Also Namba Station just down stairs."

"This hotel was great for value and location. The rooms are rather small but are very clean and nicely outfitted and I’m glad I was staying solo. I was excited about the pool on the roof and was surprised to find it wasn’t open to anyone (and they didn’t tell me in advance or even at check in). Even though it’s rather hot outside, the staff couldn’t explain why it wasn’t available. I even checked if later it would be available and they said no. And don’t forget you have to pay to use most hotel pools, which I find annoying."

"Unfortunately I cannot give this property 5 stars as their elevators were abysmal. This has nothing to do with how busy the property was but because of a poorly designed, inefficient system. Waits for the elevators reached 20 minutes at some point, a building with 9 elevators available. Truly terrible."
