"Great location, a bit tough to get to, you need to walk, and some of the rooms aren’t upgraded like the pictures but otherwise really comfortable!"

"Excellent Location and Wonderful Stay Hotel Granvia Kyoto is in a very convenient location, right above Kyoto Station, making it easy to access trains, shopping, and restaurants. The staff were friendly, helpful, and welcoming throughout our stay. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the breakfast was excellent, with a great variety of choices. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend Hotel Granvia Kyoto, especially for its location and excellent service."

Miyako Hotel Kyoto Hachijo

Miyako Hotel Kyoto Hachijo

8/10 Good
"Large hotel. Everything okay. Only issue is during check in, front desk was not busy with 3 to 4 staff standing by doing nothing but will not check us in. Asked to use self service. Self serve did not work. Ended back at front desk and finally got checked in. Not very courteous and quite frankly rude not willing to help us first time. Most hotel check you in willingly with a smile."
