Overall, the hotel is outstanding. It offers an excellent breakfast, and having a washer and dryer in the room is a real advantage. It's very close to Kyoto Station, making it extremely convenient for shopping and dining.

The whole stay was excellent. The room and the property were very nice. We enjoyed the breakfast and the staff were very accommodating. The only thing we didn't like was during our stay there weren't enough washing machines to use. There were only two and the other one was not working.

Very nice hotel. Incredibly close to the station. One stop away from Kyoto Station. Loved how convenient everything was especially multiple restaurants to choose from inside the hotel and vending machines with many snack options. The only down side was the dryer didn’t dry clothes that well. Overall, great hotel to stay at for wek long trip!

The room was clean and spacious. The train station is literally 5 minutes away so it’s super convenient. Lots of nice restaurants close by. My only advice is staff is not always helpful, the washer and dryer takes forever so don’t consider washing your clothes at the hotel. Lastly, there’s no pool at the hotel, the spa are public bathrooms. It was really weird because everybody was naked, including kids.

We loved staying at Hotel Emion Kyoto! Few minute walk to a nearby park and train station that is a short trip to Kyoto Station. The hotel had several restaurants inside that were great for when we came back for a rest. I would highly recommend if you are in this area!

We loved our stay at Hotel Emion. The rooms were very spacious for a family of 4 adults. The room was serviced everyday with fresh towels and bed changes, which was perfect when coming back to the room after a long and busy day sightseeing. Staff were only too pleased to help at any time. Breakfast was delicious, with lots of Japanese and Western style options. The hotel was connected to an overpass which took us straight to the train station which was perfect, or there was also a bus stop just a 2 minute walk away. 7/11 next door was great for easy and cheap meals, drinks or snacks. Highly recommend Hotel Emion!
