"The Venetian is unlike any other hotel experience I've ever had. The breathtaking decor, complete with canals and gondolas, is unique. It's like a city unto itself with all the restaurants and shops. My favorite place to stay."

"When I checked in my remote control didn’t work and it took multiple calls before they actually got the remote working for the tv. The next morning I woke up and the lights in the bathroom and over the sink didn’t work. I called again multiple times and no one came to fix it. I had to take a shower in the dark and after going downstairs to ask what was taking so long they say they never received a call from me. It took all day to get my lights working and when it was time to check out I ask for a reimbursement on my upgraded room and they said they didn’t have any records of my issues with my rooom and refused to compensate me for the problems I had in the “upgraded” room even though I took a video of the lights not working. They finally only reimbursed only 1 night of the resort fee. "

"The Paris was great as it was centrally located on the Strip. The rooms were super clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful"

"Room was very clean and got in early on a busy weekend, staff was extremely helpful and nice. I’d recommend getting reservations prior hand for dining as there are wait times for walk ins at most spots. Sinatra had amazing food and some of the best service i’ve ever received even close to them closing for the night. Expensive but worth it overall "

"Bell Transportation shared shuttle, buyers beware we didn’t care for the service received. The first on the shuttle and the last to be dropped off, then on the departure day we were waiting in the designated location 45 minutes before scheduled time of pick up 8:00 no shuttle called them at 8:10 was told that they would be there in 10 minutes waited until 8:30 and made the decision to hail a cab which cost an additional $38.00 on top of the $56 already paid to bell The Hotel stay was fine with the exception of being charged twice for resort fees So my first trip to Vegas wasn’t what I expected "
