"Our stay at Studio Nine in Big Bear Lake, California, was a delightful experience. From the moment we checked in, we were greeted with exceptional customer service. As we unloaded our vehicle and headed upstairs to our room, my significant other realized we had forgotten the check-in slip with our room code. Before we could even reach the stairs, a kind woman who had checked us in kindly asked if we needed anything. She promptly jogged over to the front desk, returned up the stairs to our waiting spot, and kindly provided us with a second check-in slip with the code and details. Her warm smile and thoughtful gesture made for a truly memorable customer service experience.
We had booked the premium room with a king-size bed, and it exceeded our expectations. The room was cozy and newly renovated, featuring a microwave, a small refrigerator (standard size at most motels), and a nice-sized television. The king-size bed was spacious, firm yet comfortable, and boasted a large walk-in shower. However, be sure to bring your own shampoo and conditioner, as the bathroom only has hand soap by the sink.
One of the highlights of our stay was the convenient location of the hotel. Everything in town was within a pleasant walk or a short drive.
