Nice staff, best value on the Strip, but kinda dated.
Circus Circus is one of the few affordable accommodations in Las Vegas. It is unique in that it is family friendly. The amenities are awesome, the Adventuredome, Midway, arcade, pool, waterslide, retail shops, etc. The staff are friendly and helpful! I hope that Circus Circus is here to stay.
The experience was fun as we brought our kids with us for the first time. We were very happy with the arcade. Even us adults had a blast playing the games.

The kids enjoyed the midway but the adventure dome was buns and overpriced. Room was clean but old.
I’ve been coming to Circus for work many times (Las Vegas Convention Center) I’ve stayed now 6 times this hotel. The staff is friendly, steak house is great. Overall property is maintained. My recent trip I brought my daughter (12) the upper level is great for kids. A lot to do which was impressive didn’t have to leave the hotel at night for the kiddo. Coming back in a few months and Circus still has my service.

It’s good and clean only one thing I don’t like it the connect it room not good idea for small family
The facility itself needs much improvement, check in wasn’t easy, and not enough help. Although, some spots are great, the food court and play area for the children are fantastic, however, the rooms are not so great. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone.
Centrally located and very convenient. The Deuce bus picks up and drops off right out front, which made getting around easy. The room isn’t luxurious, but the price was right. It was the first time I’ve stayed somewhere without a coffee maker, but there’s a McDonald's just half a block away, so that worked out fine.
One tip: wait until after you get your room before parking. If your room is across the street, your parking spot will be very close to your room. 🚗
First off this hotel/casino would be great for kids or teenagers. However, as an adult I'm used to valet parking, friendly staff, equipment that works, and general cleanliness. I arrived and had to park my own car since there wasn't valet service. Then I had to deal with a machine to check into the hotel which was confusing in itself. Eventually a human did help me but seemed annoyed that I had an up to date real ID that the system didn't recognize. Next I was given vague directions which signage didn’t quite match. After asking directions two more times I finally found the elevators to my floor and room. Amazingly, there were kiosks that required the guest to just punch in the floor number of their room and the kiosk would assign an elevator to use. Unfortunately there wasn't a consideration of how many people were in the guests party so I proceeded to get on an elevator with 25 other people which was requesting 9 different floors. You would think with today's technology that this could have been prevented or at least have a human or humans helping direct people to the proper elevators. Lastly, the carpets looked like they hadn't been vacuumed in weeks and I'm talking all carpets in all areas. These are but a few things that I noticed and there's a few that I didn’t even mention. Definitely not a Vegas type of hotel/casino most people would expect. Again, this is a great place for children or teenagers but not so much for mom and dad.
The hotel itself was good. The staff were nice. The issues that CANNOT be overlooked. The elevator situation is HORRIBLE. We were on the 3rd floor skyrise tower. You cannot press your floor. Yu press what floor you need and it directs you to your assigned elevator. But it will load up 5 more floors so the elevator is max capacity! Another instance it was 10am, breakfast and checkout. Being on the 3rd floor, by the time the elevator got to us it had so many people on it that each time the elevator came we had to keep pressing the keypad for ONE floor down! We waited 30 minutes before a couple that used the fire exit told us to use the fire exit since it lets out at the pool where we were heading anyway. So now I'm dragging a stroller down the fire exit just to get down. Imagine check in, long lines not for check in but to get up to your room! The last and final reason for the rating- CRACKHEADS! Someone stole my husbands phone off the charging pad on the machine. We kept going to secured desk for hours into the next morning. I was able to put the phone in lost mode thankfully. I knew if its in lost mode it can't be sold to the ecoatm. The Security confirmed that is a scam the crackheads do inside. Steal phones and sell them at the atm machine for fast cash. But because it was in lost mode the machine didn't take it. And i got the location update sent. Wasn't able to get the phone because we left early am, but they reached out trying to arrange meet up (for money).
Rooms were decent. Kids loved the pool area and slides. Elevators were ridiculous had to wait over 40 mins every time to get on a elevator. Majority of the time we had to use the stairs due to the elevators system which you had to input your room number, and it assigned a door however sometimes it would cancel your ride or have 10 other floors on one elevator. Employees at front desk were rude when trying to check in which is all done on kiosk.

We stayed for four days, they only clean the room when we ask. Self check in and out, staff was there for help. We choose non- smoke room, but I can sell weed in the hallway. Price is reasonable and swimming pool is fun for kids.

The check-in process was smooth. There’s a kiosk where you check in at, but there’s a staff person there ready to help in case you have questions. You can pay card or cash for your room. There are different towers that you can stay at.
I stayed at the Skyrise Tower. We checked in at the main building and had to drive over to our tower. The main floor is the 2nd floor. Our room was clean and modest. Room doesn’t come with a fridge or microwave so keep that in mind.
This is definitely a family friendly hotel. There’s something for the whole family. They have slot machines, stores, food court, and entertainment for everyone to enjoy. Will definitely come back to Circus Circus.
The room was clean. No complaints. Your elevator system however was somewhat undesirable. Fine if only a few were getting in the elevator but when 20-30 trying to get in it was frustrating and door wouldn't close
I wouldn't stay there again. The staff were nice though. Its definitely a budget hotel. You dont get body wash, lotion or any high quality towels. You get bar soap and a shampoo/conditioner dispenser. There is a first for everything. If you dont care about the fancier stuff that comes with certain hotels and have a very strict budget then book it. However, you get what you pay for.
The elevators you need to fix the elevators or open up the stairs for the guests. It was not ok to be stuck on the 2nd floor! My 5 year old was traumatized when she had to go down 11 stories and then a staff member at the pool scolded them. She was crying and upset there was no getting off the 11th floor. The rest of the trip was fine. The kids had an amazing time.
