"New hotel. Great check-in; we received a room upgrade which I never get, so felt like we won the lottery. Drinks and dinner in the lobby bar were good. Free shuttle to/from DIA, every 30 minutes. Convenient to light rail station which we ended up using since we were running late for our flight and the trains run every 15min."

"The fridge in the room would overheat and turn off so we had to leave the caninet door open so it would stay on. The rooms are nice but the mattress was too firm."

"Room was clean. Was surprised by the $65/night charge to park as most places include that with your purchase being as much as I paid for the room. Additionally, I went to go enjoy the pool which they advertised openly in their photos. Upon my arrival I found the pool under construction. Upon further review of the tiny print, they mention it’s closed but it should be advertised to be under construction better and not hidden. Additionally, I went to cut my trip short due to all this and then they informed me I couldnt get a refund on the nights I wasn’t going to stay. And they had a high deposit of $250 as well. I won’t stay here again and don’t recommend it as they’ve done nothing to compensate this experience except take my money and turn away. "

"A beautiful historical hotel in walking distance from downtown! Rooms are updated and clean and I’m big on a clean room 😀 Staff was friendly and helpful. Parking was free if you park in the front or on the sides of the hotel. Don’t waste your $ on the $15 a day for the private parking. Glenwood Springs is a beautiful mountain town with plenty to do from dining, hiking, skiing, shopping ect. Will definitely be back!"

"Excellent hotel! I attended a conference and they do specialize so quite a few but elevators fast, food great, room size nice and Excellent location. Lots of great restaurants walking distance. A few blocks from free bus to Union station where $12.50 train goes to airport. A great friendly staff and clean rooms. Lots of sitting areas in lobby to relax too. Downstairs bar area serves a nice breakfast too."
