"Staff is excellent, everything is so clean all of the time. Everything very accessible, great for kids, lots of pool options. Kids club is only about 2 hours per day but they take good care of them. Rooms are very clean. Building is a tad dated, drinks are so-so, food is great lots of options. Beds weren’t that comfortable a little hard for my comfort but I asked for a bunch of extra pillows and that helped. No issues with elevators. Banda bands on the beach every night was a bit annoying (like 4 bands playing something different at a time). Beautiful beach. I would return solely because of the staff and cleanliness. Oh also the weather was impeccible. 27 Celsius every day not 1 cloud."

"Clean room, friendly staff for the most part, Wi-fi was perfect. Lots of mosquito type bugs and we all get bites that turn into big welts. Disappointed in some of the service, only as we were premium and I really had to ask for the premium vodka when I wanted it. "

"We booked a Superior Ocean View room for our anniversary, but unfortunately our experience didn’t match our expectations. Upon arrival, we were placed in a building quite far up the hill, not in the main hotel. The room itself was very small and had two double beds, which didn’t feel appropriate for a special occasion. We had contacted the hotel several times prior to our arrival, but our requests didn’t seem to be reflected. Interestingly, our friends made a similar booking and were given a spacious casita, which made the situation even more disappointing. We ultimately chose to downgrade to a room in the main hotel, which only had a partial view overlooking the pool area. While the staff were friendly and the food was good, the overall experience fell short. There was no evening entertainment, the atmosphere felt quite quiet and uneventful, and the beach was very rocky. Having visited Cabo and many resorts over the past 25 years, this is not a property I would return to or recommend."

"This is by far one of the best properties we've every stayed at! The staff was exceptional! So many to name: Front Desk, Concierge team, housekeeping, restaurant. Everyone we interacted with, treated us special! Just don't get the Continental Breakfast with the package. Not worth it! "

"Location is perfect, staff is friendly, food options are good, pool is awesome. The hotel folks continuously forced us to take the timeshare property tour (in exchange for boat tour coupon) and that it would not take much time. Ultimately we accepted but it was the worst experience ever when we got there. The guy responsible for the tour was arrogant, condescending, threatening and argumentative. He threw a fit of rage when we told him we want to go back. I was about to call the police/embassy since we felt cornered. I have everything on video. Ultimately, the hotel staff person was kind enough to give us a lift back to the hotel. My advice, NEVER EVER AGREE to get the timeshare tour."

"Everything was excellent! Beautiful!! Food and service top notch! The only difficulty for older people is the bathtub. Very difficult to get in and out. Not recommendable for people with mobility issues. "
