"This hotel is top notch and beautiful. The room we were in, "VENEZIA" was gorgeous and spacious. My family truly enjoyed it. At all moments of the day and night, there is a friendly staffer ready and willing to help in any way necessary. The location is excellent... just a short walk to the main avenue that heads down to the Zocalo. The hotel also hands out a list of recommended restaurants. We tried 2 on the list and there's a reason the hotel recommended them... 10/10 for each. We tried Casa...

Staff is very friendly, they are great at providing whatever you need and the property is very clean. It has a private beach so no crowds and a nice swimming pool. Definitely coming back! "This hotel was a hidden gem, on a beautiful stretch of sand and amazing architectural design. The staff was friendly and welcoming, the bungalows were perfectly fitted out. This is the type of place to get away for couple days disconnect and relax with a loved one and take long walks along the beach. Highly recommend. "

"Amazing breakfast! Don’t miss out on it. The food is outstanding and the service excellent. The pool area is beautiful and the bartender makes wonderful cocktails. The rooms and beds were luxurious, and the staff were helpful and very friendly. My friend had them do laundry for her and ended up with a few items of someone else’s belongings and some missing items so that was a bummer, but believe me that wouldn’t stop me from booking again in a heartbeat! "
