Location is fabulous, I was disappointed that they don't have better Oaxaca food in the restaurants. DO NOT eat at El Patio restaurant, they have a mosquito infestation. The cleaning staff are fabulous, but the beds sunk in too much, due to over use. Overall a lovely stay.

Room was great, staff were incredible, food was ok but trying to get a seat near pool anytime after 8am is impossible. Was very frustrating. People actually get up at 5:30am and reserve their seats for the day with towels. It seems that there are more guests than chairs.

Breakfast at buffet was pretty much the same everyday but food was good. Room cleaning was great. I guess it may be a symptom of the time of year but the restaurants rotated being open for dinner and two of them were totally closed.

Wonderful stay with all amenities for me and my adult kids and grandchildren! Rooms very comfortable and clean with good dining options. Something for everyone at buffet’s and the beach is beyond expectations! Pools are comfortable and clean and lots of chairs by pool and beach.

Yes room was very clean. Even though we requested special pillows they were not very comfortable but we made due. Staff was very polite and courteous. I was very disappointed that the restaurants didn’t serve more Mexican food. We couldn’t find any menu that contained Mexican options. The beach was beautiful and once again staff was great.
