"The hotel is too far to walk for anyone it's confusing to check in as well one sign says left but it's actually right then you walk about a mile to then down a hall to elevator and you're still walking to get to room it's very inconvenient for elderly people even a young person"

"So, so noisy! Around 11pm our room would literally vibrate from ridiculous bass coming from somewhere. Every night. Lots of noise from Bourbon Street, which is very close. The shower design is bad, the bathroom floor would get pretty wet. We weren’t really informed about anything about the property. We weren’t sure what the property had, nor how to access those amenities, so I actually am disappointed in the service as well. We were always acknowledged when we came in, but I wouldn’t call it a welcome. The room was clean. Bourbon street noise aside, it’s a decent location. Easy to walk anywhere in the French Quarter from there. The courtyard is beautiful. Having said that, it’s covered by a big, dirty tarp that looks a little bit crooked. The bed was very comfy. The air conditioning worked well, thank goodness! I’m not sure if I would stay here again. "
