Room was surprisingly clean. Check in took for ever though, we waited an hour for our room and there was no human interaction unless we asked. Check in was all on kiosk and you had to wait to get a code to then make your own room key.

We loved our stay at the Palazzo! We upgraded our room for $32.00 and had a beautiful view of the Sphere! The room was spacious and the bed was extremely comfortable. One note is there are no coffee pots in the room so you have to either do room service or head to the Starbucks in the lobby :)

I like the room… clean, big, AC is working well, smell clean and not noisy… bathroom is big, clean and smells clean… has extra BR toilet paper… the only thing I didn’t like is that the water pressure is slow. The cleaning lady is nice and helpful… the front desk staff is accommodating and friendly… ...
