"Room was not very clean, reserved a city view room with had a view of parking garage and side of 2 buildings of which windows had to stay closed and not useful due to being tremendously dirty and smudged. Obvious water damage seen of walls with curtains when open, glass door in bathroom not wiped down, cigarette butts on floor same spot for three days. I asked at the front desk if they vacuumed the floors as of me forth day leaving hall floor remained the same. We were moved to another room on Sunday due to leaking from the upstairs toilet that just so happen while being used and while dripping all over my husband's shirt Disgusting) Offered a comp breakfast, we are not European breakfast eaters and coffee was available. Apologies are Good, Yet AC Marriott will not be my choice again. Extremely disappointed with my Anniversary Weekend."

"I will never stay at this Hotel I paid $643.30 for 3 Day wich it was reasonable, but they don’t tell you the catch of it so make sure you read the fine print they charge for parking space, you have to give the keys to valet every time you come in and out and there’s lines of cars waiting, then each day you pay Destination fee it’s another $25 dollars NO breakfast included anyways I end up paying $940.18 not worth it you can pay less with free parking and breakfast included. Run and save your money."

"We upgraded to a nicer room upon check in that didn’t have a functioning bathroom - we brought it up several times and the staff did what they could during a busy holiday but we should never have been given that room and they didn’t move us. The credit given did not equal the cost of the upgrade."

"This hotel is located in the best area…it’s walking distance to so much…the casino the aquarium the theater of course bourbon st and also it’s close to thw steamboat lunch or dinner cruise which is a must go if visiting New Orleans."

"The staff were very helpful. Valet was nice and respectful. The rooms were very clean and smelled great. I also had a nice view. Everything needed was in walking distance. The hotel gave discount cards to the neighboring food spot, Mr. Ed’s! Great place to eat. Overall 10/10 Had a great time & will be back! "

"This location was a miss for us. Location was poor, unfortunately the area is a little rundown. We were greeted by the unhoused in the area while circling to get to the hotel. The Boardwalk is pretty non existent, as everything is mostly closed down. Downtown area is also pretty closed and rundown. The hotel was unfortunately scarcely staffed. The works appeared "unhappy". I was unhappy with our room location as mentioned it upon checkout but no amendments were made, she acted as if I never said anything. I mentioned it again and again, no response. She just sat the card on the counter and said use it at the elevator. No directions to elevator, no mention of amenities, no checkout time. Room cleaning was pretty good, no major complaints, except the fridge still had food from last occupants. Only 1 set of towels. Called to ask for more but kept getting put "on hold" eventually went down stairs to request. Our "neighbors" were extremely LOUD you could hear them several doors down and they were across from us. 5pm, 8pm, 10pm, 2am...still loud...it was someone's birthday and this was once the "party room". Called but again...put on hold. Went down stairs to have it addressed and the response was one word..."ok". No microwave in the room and no supposedly none on site..which I highly doubt, the staff has to have a break room ..so a "not for public use" would be better. Casino poorly ran as well, dirty, out of cups for drinks, no waiters, machines don't accept $1. Not recommended"
