"Everything at the resort was beautiful, well laid out with easy access to pools, dining, spa etc. Staff were all friendly. A big shout out to Angela at the Lazy River. Thanks for keeping our favourite drinks flowing throughout each day. I think the only negative was the service in the restaurants and buffet. While everyone was friendly, we were very frequently ignored after a first greeting (no one offering to refill coffee in the morning, for example). We actually walked out of the French Restaurant one night because of everything being slow to come out and we were never asked for our dessert order. After speaking with one of the waitresses, we think it was the manager that was greeting people, seating people, taking orders and then forgetting about the people that were already seated. He was moving all over the restaurant. Service could definitely be bumped up a bit with some extra training. All in all a very relaxing vacation. "

"We love vacationing on the Yucatan Peninsula over the last 15 years. We have stayed at several different resorts, condos, and even an ocean-front villa, but the Princess resort is by far our favorite. We've stayed at the Princess once or twice a year over the last 5 years, and brought family members to enjoy to resort with us. The resort has been doing some needed renovations over the last year and the updated rooms are beautiful. Our only disappointment with the new rooms is they removed the Jacuzzi tubs, which was one of our favorite perks, and replaced them with a nice looking but small bathtub. They also remodeled the restaurants and improved the dining options and experiences. They have several chefs available to cook to order food at the evening buffet. And the staff is always very helpful. We want to thank Francisco, Roberto, Lorenzo, Beatriz, and Angel for making all of our meals a wonderful experience, and also our favorite tram driver Bernie for his excellent service. The only other thing that could have made our vacation better was the beach conditions. The sargassum was really bad, and was piled up in big stinky mounds, so we didn't spend anytime at the beach. I don't know if it's possible for the resort to do something to improve that, but we spent our time enjoying the pools instead. We really enjoyed our stay and we will be back to the Princess!"

"10/10, incredible all around. I can’t say enough positive things about the staff! They are so kind, helpful, and attentive. My husband and I were here on our honeymoon. We’ve been to other all-inclusives where the vibe was just off (other places can feel too loud, too crowded, or too quiet). This is not the case here, it’s the perfect blend. There are quieter options for when you want a relaxing time, there are more energetic options with entertainment that’s not cheesy, and there’s even night life! The best food we’ve ever had at an all-inclusive. Every place we went for a meal we were more and more impressed. The bartenders are soo knowledgeable too and made us some of the best cocktails we’ve ever had. We’re already trying to plan our trip to return!"
