Hotel with a Concierge in La Altagracia from AED 1,322

"Excelente hotel, vale la pena el excellence club, la playa hermosa para caminar, hay bastante oleaje. El SPA es excelente también y los empleafos muy atentos y profesionales. Restaurante Frances no nos gusto la comida, aunque es muy bonito y el servicio muy bueno. Los mejores fueron el Agave, Magna y Oregano. No nos dio tiempo a ir al Grill. El cafe Aroma de lo mejor!!! Es un hotel, tranquilo y muy fácil para caminar, todo muy bien distribuido. El mantenimiento es continuo y las habitaciones muy amplias. Esperamos volver pronto!!!"

"I like that all the rooms are suites. Pools were nice, never overcrowded; however, there is only one depth so it was impossible for a short person like myself to walk to the bar, get a drink, and stand and socialize in the pool like I’m used to at other resorts. Absolutely did not like that they allowed smoking of cigarettes/cigarillos in the common areas. If one person is smoking, everyone is smoking including children. Staff friendliness was hit and miss, mostly miss. They pass you in the corridors and don’t acknowledge you. You go the bar and have to flag them down from talking to a coworker to get a drink (this happened multiple times). The spa was okay but I would not recommend for the price. I think my massage therapist fell asleep a couple of times during my massage. I had to move around to get her started again. However, my daughter said her message was great which is why I said it was “okay”. The beach is nice and they have a golf cart that runs regularly to take you there. "

"If you are a couple with no children, I would highly suggest selecting an Excellence Club room. It is 100% worth it with the private check in as well as the select areas that are adults only. Pool was amazing and all the bar staff around the property were great, service was wonderful (Mary, Jerinco, Antonio, Wilson, Rony, Orlando, Victor)!!! The guys in charge of entertainment around the property (Javier, Xavier, Christian) were so fun and friendly. For our first all inclusive it was a memorable experience and we have totally caught the bug! I think this place is perfect for families and couple alike. "

"The property was beautiful but not well cleaned in certain areas The room was nice,however we had an issue with a clogged toilet that we reported and because it was neglected by maintenance for two days (though we kept bringing it to their attention) we ended up with an entire room being flooded with at least an inch of water. Several of my personal items were ruined Even after it was finally fixed the management didn’t seem to care What was also disappointing was that many of the staff were not very friendly or attentive (we have stayed at many Riu resorts and this was our least favorite experience!"
