"The standard room we had was just fine, staff are super friendly. We were able to check in early which was most helpful with a three-year-old who needed a nap. Underground parking was a bonus since it snowed heavily most of our timre in Banff."

"Beautiful newly renovated property. We booked the Mountain View room and the room is very spacious, clean and nice. The little coffee station with fridge and microwave was very nice perk. When you check in, the front desk provides you with an assortment of teas and coffees for the room. Hot tub is great with beautiful view of the mountains. On site restaurant, Sudden Sally, was also very lovely. The pastries are tasty for morning coffee and food was delicious and affordable (For hotel and Banff pricing!). Will definitely return. "

"Hot tub was nice. Do not stay on the bottom floor. Exremely noisy floors and you could here everything from the floor above."

"We chose an apartment specifically for the fireplace, only to discover our fireplace was broken. Extremely disappointing. The Smart TVs also don’t function as smart TVs, only cable with minimal channel selection. Unfortunately we didn’t enjoy this stay as much as others in the past. Having said that, the staff were friendly and the property was clean. We had lovely mountain views and the kitchen had all the basics for cooking. "

"No deep cleaning done on walls or lamp shades .. not impressed The furniture needs upgrading as it’s very scuffed and the baseboards are either water soaked or filthy "

"Enjoyed our 2 night stay here. The staff were super friendly & helpful with dinner recommendations. The room was clean, comfortable & spacious. Loved the pool, waterslide & hot tub after a day out skiing! Breakfast was decent to start our day. Would stay again! "
