"Firstly, every staff member we interacted with was absolutely wonderful. Very helpful and friendly. The location was also great. We wanted something that was close enough to town but felt like we were actually in the mountains and this was it! The only area of improvement would just be the age of our particular room. While they are actively doing room upgrades around the property, ours happened to be an older one and unfortunately that meant we could hear most of what our neighbors were doing. Our mattress was also fairly firm which is not my personal preference but seemed to work fine for my boyfriend. Overall I think once they finish all the upgrades this will be a 5/5 for me. We look forward to coming back in the future to see what they've done! "

"A good solid visit. Rooms are very small but conveniently located close to downtown banff. Ski shuttles were regularly outside. Shower and pipes were VERY loud. You cannot sleep through it and the walls were paper thin as well. The Hot Pool was neat but much smaller than the photos and the sauna wasn't kept very hot either. Staff were nice enough and always available however, they didn’t seem very knowledgeable on any local activities or sights to see this time of the year. Mostly got redirected to available brochures, without much input. "
