"The location of the property was great. A little confusing to get to because of the construction around the area but it was very close to Shibuya station. The property was well maintained and we got an early check in which was much appreciated. We also got to relax in the hospitality room while our room was made ready for us."

The staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly and kindly organised our taxi to the airport. The only negative is the restaurant is Italian rather than traditional Japanese and although the bar staff were very good, despite being given a plastic tumbler for my drink rather than glass, I was not allowed to take my drink onto the ajoining enclosed terrace area."
