"Water in bathroom floor, moved to another room with wet carpet. Moved again so lots of up and down the elevator, but staff comped our parking and very friendly so all forgiven."

"The room was very nice, clean. The mini fridge didn’t work and the “hot” water in the shower was barely lukewarm. When we first arrived I asked where a restroom was (been riding in the car for a few hours) I was told “over there” with a pointed finger and no direction otherwise. The pool/hot tub area was beautiful…but mostly closed (maintenance I guess) , so the areas that were open were packed full."

"Dirty towels in our room when we got there, complimentary water bottles had already been opened and drank when we got to our room. Housekeepers don’t clean rooms all the way. Pool was closed. Do not recommend. "
