"Pros: clean, quiet, food was good, attentive wait staff, areas of shade abundant for those concerned with sun exposure, some live shows were great Cons: spa is overpriced, beach has ton of seaweed, tv can’t connect to phone for any entertainment/log in/screen mirror (which most updated resorts have available) "

"We did enjoy the staff, the people working at the resort very kind. The resort however, was not great. The food was horrible. Every restaurant had issues. Some restaurants had a sewage type smell when you first walk in. The wait for food at the restaurants 40 minutes minimum. The restaurants were out of food in the food that did come out was tough parentheses steak, and just not good. The staff gave us a bottle of wine and a dessert as a apology for how the property have been letting us down, and ants got into the room and ate the cake. I have pictures. We will not be returning. We were very hopeful because of the renovations that took place earlier in the year, but there were so many things broken at this resort. The elevators are broken. The escalators were broken. The pools were dirty, they had actual trash in the pools. Also, there was really no reliable way to get to the hotel zone from the resort. I didn’t realize how far the resort was from everything else."

"amazing experience. the staff were so friendly and always helpful. the food was better than we ever expected, and had a variety of restaurants to dine at. will definitely recommend. however there was a lot of seaweed in the ocean and didn’t allow for much swimming."

"Breakfast was really great. They help me with my early check in. I have bad burns and the matresses and towels are really soft and it soothes the pain when sleeping and taking a bath. Staffs are really helpful and friendly. "

"Loved how family friendly it was. Staff was all very nice, and would go out of their day to make you feel welcome. Loved every restaurant we tried. Lots of pools for different ages."

"The resort was great. Food was good. I was a little upset about the WiFi. Also, beach was nothing like the pictures, no one could even get in the water. This isn’t the resort’s fault. My wife and I had a great time."
