"The hotel was clean and organized, but at least in my room the furniture (dressers and doors) was misaligned and seemed to lack maintenance. The staff was also quite dry; help was only provided if you asked for it, not proactively offered."

"I had a good experience here with my family. It’s a beautiful and nature filled resort, however, the property is super huge so be mindful if you’re going with someone that isn’t able to walk long distance. They have shuttle busses from the rooms to the main area where everything is, however they don’t even run that often so we walked majority of the time. Dinner food at the buffet was alright. They have restaurants that you have to make a reservation for, so if you’re going with a large party, expect to eat the buffet more times than not. The restaurant reservations were always filled and they have very limited restaurant options. Maintenance of the property could also use some work. The pool tiles and walls were chipped, broken, and dirty. LOCK YOUR BALCONY DOOR. I had to find out from someone else to ensure your balcony door is locked at all times otherwise a creature will come and open the door and look for food. It happened with me!! Staff was nice. Wouldn’t go back though."

"The resort was what you would expect of the Live Aqua resorts. Relaxing, well groomed, adult-focused, and the food was amazing. The beach was the best taken care of in 500m in either direction, and the room was gorgeous. Don't hesitate to stay here if you want a relaxing vacation!"

"The property has was immaculate , the staff was kind and super helpful. Though the spa needs some help with there services not what I consider a spa day!! There prices were very high for the services you get no one specializes in one thing its NOT the people who perform the services at all they’re doing exactly what they have been taught it’s the big shots who are doing there job to make sure it’s a real spa which it is NOT"
