I usually bring my own, but on this occasion I had forgotten them, so they would have been a nice addition. Breakfast offered a decent selection. The egg option was scrambled only, but I was told that if I wanted something different, they would make it. I would suggest adding a second tea/coffee station, as there was a queue every time. The location of the hotel was great. We were there for a show at the Hippodrome, and it was only a 10-minute walk. Would not hesitate to stay here again. "

"The staff were top notch, the room was clean but the carpets were very stained. All things being equal we were out late and left early. And slept well. Don’t run low on fuel there, the gas station close to it is 30 cents more a gallon than driving 2 miles towards the closest town. "

"First impressions are important. The exterior of this hotel is like a horror movie. Inside the theme continues. It's very dated. But if you like quirky seaside hotels then this place is for you. I think someone was smoking in their room because I could smell cigarette smoke. My room had a farty odour. I can't really complain for the price I paid. It was close to a nice Nepalese restaurant and also a convenient store. And is close to the seafront too but a fair way from the town and amusements. "

"My partner and I were impressed with the Moxy for the budget price we paid, room was clean, quiet (road facing) and had style. We didn't opt for the breakfast so cant comment on that, but not far is the 'Crafty Egg' an independent cafe, really good."
