The Staff were so friendly and helpful, the minute I got there, my luggage was carried up for me , I was made very welcome. The room was great, clean & comfortable. Staff was very helpful and friendly the hotel was very nice and warm and clean the only down was there no lifts but I will say there again and 10 minutes away from the railway & bus station and thanks to all at the hotel for a great time.
