"We had three different room before one didn’t have a smell paint peeling stains or exposed wires. Other families had the same problem there. Top three worst places I have stayed ever."

"Plenty of parking, clean rooms, clean (unheated) pool with good hours of operation (10-10). Small game room with claw machine, racing game, pinball and pacman- foosball and air hockey tables near pool. No breakfast or workout room. Staff was helpful, our toilet had an issue flushing and they fixed this in a timely manner. Would stay again "

"The room was fair, could be cleaner. Bed springs could be heard everytime you moved in bed or got up or down. Toilet was low to the ground. The floor in the room was uneven /unleveled in the middle of the room. Fair overall for the price and proximity to the hwy to get a few hours of sleep and get back on the road."

"The breakfast was advertised as continental but presented as a full breakfast bar with delicious eggs, biscuits and gravy, pancakes with trimmings and many other items. We were surprised that they actually charged us up front the security deposit saying it would be refunded in 3-10 business days. The hotel was not full and yet they placed people in rooms around us enough that we heard tv until 1am, water running, footsteps, conversation and even someone's cough. That made it hard to sleep even with ear plugs. The pool is nice, hot tub indeed hot, the beds comfortable. The lady who runs the breakfast bar was especially nice as well as the young lady working the desk in the am. The desk clerk at check in at 9pm was grumpy. The artwork, some created by the staff makes it homey."

"Love it. Have stayed here both times I have been in Grand Rapids. Easy in and out access to the main road. Well maintained pool and hot tub. The rooms are quiet, can’t hear other guests. Breakfast choices rotate so if staying more than one day, you get something different."

"It was so difficult to find a drinking fountain to refill my water bottle. Multiple workers sent me on a bit of a wild goose hunt trying to find one."

"The staff were all friendly and it was a nice atmosphere. Just a decent amount of traffic noise due to the freeway and possibly from the main road. Also conveniently located close to downtown."
