Very clean, friendly, and I appreciated that staff respected our privacy. Prior hotels we would stay at, housekeeping would just come into our room or attempt to come into our room without our permission. Never an issue with this hotel.

From the moment we arrived to celebrate OT anniversary, we were welcomed like royalty. The staff was amazing, the restaurant delicious (drinks were out of this world) and the room was perfect and spacious. Only place I would stay in St. Joes!

We had a wonderful stay at The Inn at Harbor Shores for a girls getaway weekend! There is a large parking lot with plenty of easy parking, and check-in was quick and simple. The hotel is beautiful inside and out, with a gorgeous location right on the water. Our room was spacious, very clean, and had a cute little balcony that we loved. The pool area was excellent, and it was also nice having a coffee shop, restaurant, and bar right on the property. We had an amazing meal at the restaurant as well! One of our favorite features was the shuttle service to downtown St. Joseph. It made it so easy to enjoy the shops, restaurants, and downtown area without having to worry about driving or parking. Every staff member we encountered was friendly and helpful. Overall, this was the perfect place for our girls weekend, and I would absolutely stay here again!

Great hotel close to major attractions yet exclusive. 2nd time staying here. Had an issue that was resolved quickly once we brought it to the staff’s attention. Front desk could be more courteous but overall a great experience. Food at the Tavern is delicious with fantastic service.

Pros: Quiet spacious room. Comfortable bed and nice bedding. Strong shower. Pleasant cooperative staff. Liked availability of extra hooks in bathroom for hanging toiletry bags. Cons: Shower floor was very slippery; requested non-slip shower mat but hotel had none. Closet was very narrow. Coffee pods were not replaced after first night.

Beautiful hotel at the outskirts of St. Joseph. Great restaurant, parking, pools and even anchor place for boats arriving for dinner. Modern and well equipped rooms, one of the nicest stays we ever had. Terrific place. This was our second time here and we'd come again.

Room was clean but our shower needed plunged as it would not drain. On-site restaurant, pool, and poolside bar were wonderful. The three bed room only has one bathroom which was not very clear. Will stay again.
