"i was very happy with my stay there, parking was good and staff treated us very well."

"I would like to start by stating that I paid for a king-size bed room, but when I arrived, I was given a room with two queen-size beds and was never notified of the change beforehand. The plumbing throughout the hotel was extremely poor. The entire hotel smelled like sewage, and both the sink and shower in my room flooded immediately whenever the water was turned on. It was also a very hot weekend, and the air conditioning barely worked. When I contacted the front desk, I was informed that the air conditioning units throughout the hotel had not been working properly for the past week. I do not understand how the hotel continued booking guests while these issues were ongoing. In addition, several elevators were not working, creating further inconvenience. When we went to the pool, there were Band-Aids floating in the water, which was very unsanitary and concerning. And other thing the tile in my bathroom had no more grout so it was all lifting and I stubbed my toe really bad. Overall, this stay was extremely disappointing and far below acceptable hotel standards."

"Encontré pelos en el baño,las amenidades incompletas , me toco q la piscina solo estuvo abierta hasta las 3 pm. Basta te bien todo lo demás por el precio."

"Check in was early and was accommodating and pleasant. Upon check in each guest gets beverage coupons to use at “Happy Hour” ( 5 to8pm). My room was clean and prepared very nicely. Multiple USB’s and electric outlets. WI-FI is provided at no cost. Access to near by restaurants is outstanding. No need to drive, a five minute walk allows a dozen possible choices, from Dennys, next door to many large chain restaurants. Excellent on & off to Interstate 8. A full breakfast is provided, eggs, sausage, waffles, cereal, yogurts, coffee, tea, multiple juices, and fresh fruit. The pool was clean and the patio is neat and comfortable. Also BBQ grills are available at no cost, and they are,,,Clean!"

"Overall good but some of the restaurants were closed and the bars had the food to order all through the casino that was different They said there was no pool Rooms were clean AC was great The Staff was good"
