"The room was quiet. I never can sleep well in hotels but I sleep so well. Room was easy to get to and very clean. Only 4 floors in the building I stayed and I stayed on the 4th floor. Garage view lol. And when leaving the staff was very very friendly as well. That a nice touch. And also the front desk staff was also very friendly. "

"The place is nice just need a little more cleaning in the rooms specially I’m the bath tub and carpet, restrooms in the lobby nice a clean, good food in the restaurant and pizza place but the music at night that’s what it make it better in overall 🙏 we love it "

"The view from the north tower is atrocious. You can barely see the river from the corner of the room out the window. The restaurants that are advertised to be open are closed when they see fit not by the hours that are posted the newly renovations that they advertise our false, the building is as old as it was when it was built. Stay there at your own risk."

"The rooms were clean and beds comfortable. The staff were very kind and responded to all our requests. The breakfast was so-so. My room was at the top of the stairs above the check-in and lobby and I was thinking it would be noisy all night but was pleasantly surprised at how very quiet it was. I never heard any outside or hallway noise. They could use a mat in the shower/tub as it was very slippery. The kids enjoyed the pool. It was close to everything we wanted to see and was an enjoyable visit."
