"The hotel itself was definitely something to see. Beautifully designed, and you can tell a lot of thought was put into it. The rooms were your typical hotel room, slightly outdated, but still very functional. The issue we had was with the key cards/door access. We went thru 5 keys before we finally gained access to our room - and we weren’t the only guest with that issue. The front desk staff member handled the frustrating situation wonderfully, never losing her cool with any of the guests, despite the later hour and how many of us were experiencing the same issue. In the morning when we checked out, our room was flagged and we were given a discount for our troubles - again the staff was beyond pleasant and apologized profusely for our inconvenience. Quick note to add - the bed was probably the most comfortable bed I have ever slept on and I woke up with zero back pain."

"They lost my reservations and blamed me for using a third party competitor, half of the reserved rooms weren't even ready at check in, only one working ice machine, breakfast was in the dirty basement, the manager never called back when trying to reserve rooms at a group rate, and they charged 4 additional rooms to my credit card which took us calling them multiple times for them to finally fix it. Never again. Thy Hyatt is right next door, go there."

"The evening staff did not inform me that we had to reserve the shuttle. Fortunately, the morning staff was able to get me on an early shuttle."

"The hotel is okay I bring my son often he loves the pool the galleria mall is also right out the back door so it's easy to access you just walk across the parking lot the staff is pretty good I really just don't like that the pool room isn't always heated sometimes it's really cold and the pool itself it's sometimes cold as well overall we will stay again it's not a bad hotel and the weekday prices are good too"
