The pool was clean. The bed was comfy and the pillows were great. That being said it wasn't the cleanest. The hallways were not regulary mopped and there were definitely some dirty spots in our room. I would say it's slightly less nice than a hampton inn and suites but it was definetly worth it for tbr price.

A good reasonably priced hotel to stay at Niagara Falls with pretty much all Niagara Falls attractions within walking distance. Clean room and proper air conditioning. The beds are comfortable and room had all the amenities available. Staff were nice and helpful. The vending machines are bit outdated with not many options (only cash); hallways looked a bit outdated with spotty floors and the free wifi was nice however not reliable. But none of it was a big deal to us. The complimentary breakfast was a great plus. Overall, this was about what you would expect from a 3 star hotel.

The common areas were dirty. Room was clean and fine. We liked the layout of the 2 bedroom w our kids. The front desk was not very helpful and even asked me to bring dirty towels down to them because they were short staffed. The breakfast area needs more seating and the guy that came to fix our TV was wearing an ankle monitor.

Hotel was walkable to several restaurants and other activities. Bed and towels were clean—that was about it. There was trash in the hallways, breakfast area was not clean, lobby furniture was stained and worn. In need of a good deep clean. I didn’t want to put anything on the floor in my room. Surfaces inside rooms, lobby, and hallways were very dirty.

After checking around crevices in the hotel room after another guest told me they found bugs, I found large brownish red stains on the mattress. I also started finding garbage like tags and a water bottle under the bed/nightstand and under the seat cushion found a lot of crumbs/hair. A lot of surfaces in the bathroom, like the door, were dirty. I decided to vacate the property. The outside of the hotel and lobby/hallways looked to be well maintained. Good location.

This is not what it appears but if you want a decent breakfast and a place to rest your head while being 15 mins walking from the most spectacular sight in the world. It will do. Park and don’t move your vehicle because you won’t get another spot that you have to pay for. It is almost 23$ for parking and also bring a towel. Otherwise, just remember they are overworked and just doing their job here. Be nice and enjoy every thing it has to offer in the surrounding area. Indian, Shawarma and many different varieties of food nearby.

Not the cleanest or nicest place we have ever stayed at. It was adequate and got the job done. Picked it for a few reasons. The location was fabulous to explore the American side of the falls. (You could basically walk across the street to the park). Also, we had a cool room configuration for my large group - a typical room with two queens, a bathroom, and a hall connecting to a king in its own bedroom. Another perk for us was breakfast, but that was pretty much on the lame side. It wasn’t very healthy fare. They had oatmeal, but no nuts or dried fruit to go along. The only fruit to be found was a bowl of red apples. The was white bread and you could put it in a toaster. The hot breakfast was scrambled eggs, sausages, and mini pancakes. Overall, kind of “meh”.

The staff was amazing! But the rooms were very dirty. We stayed for 3 days and after the first day we had to move because the toilet was leaking. They called right before we were leaving to go on a tour and we had to pack up the whole room and move to the floor below. That room was even dirtier than the first. No blow dryer, no towels and the fan did not work in the bathroom. The lamp shades had stains on them. The pool was very dirty. Hair floating in it, very cloudy. Dirt mark around the water edge. There was not enough seating for the very limited continental breakfast. The breakfast attendants were working their butts off and dealing with extremely rude guests. The hallways were very dirty. Vending machines were out of order some ice machines were leaking on the floor. Not enough towels in the pool area.

The floors in the room need to be mopped. Feels like it was not cleaned for several months. If you travel with a toddler, might be not the best place. Curtains with stains and low pressure in the sink faucet. TV didn’t work - was giving errors for regular channels and internet connection. The common area is clean and well maintained. It was quiet in the room and overall was ok.

No problems with staff. Every staff member was amazing, checkin was smooth, breakfast was hot and fast and air-conditioning worked fine. Had a great time. We did spend a bit of downtime in the room and the internet connection didn't allow us to use subscriptions limited to regular tv. It was fine as it did what we needed. Would stay again.
