"Had a great time at our stay of 2 days. Quite place wake up to the noice of the birds is peaceful. View of the jungle is beautiful. The pool is very nice and clean. Place around is under construction and so are the roads. Only concerning thing is the roads which are very bumpy and could be a challenge to get there. I would recommend this place to anyone that visits Tulum."

"I loved this place, however it would be best if they could offer at least basic coffee in the morning so we don't have to wait until we go out to have coffee. Also, they could add a jacuzzi for the ones that loves relaxing on the jacuzzi like I do even when is very hot"

"reception was there during check-in, very nice and helpful. everything was fast and convenience. the place itself is very safe and quite. if driving, there's a gate check-in - need to let them know it's an hotel stay for them to let pass. would stay here again next time in tulum. Parking available onsite which is nice"

"Check in was smooth, room and outdoor patio was clean, ample space for a studio size. Plunge pool was able to be lit at night by switch but was not able to have filter or pump engaged. On site bar/food poolside was decent. Overall nice place to stay if you are looking to do activities during the day and have a peaceful night's rest since daytime is consumed by ongoing construction not on site but the surrounding neighborhood as the area is being developed. "

There’s more pros than cons, that I will share: Pros Location is great, in a closed secured part of Zama, security 24/7, lots of restaurants, cafes, shops and tour operators within walking distance. Pool and patio area are really nice, spacious and has a shaded and a sunny side area. Rooms are spacious, and so are the bathrooms. Kitchen is clean and well equipped to make food. "Great amenities and close to beach/supermarket Most communication thru Expedia portal went unanswered. Recommend direct communication with hotel staff by phone. Lovely pool and roof deck. No hot water in kitchen sink went unaddressed for entire stay. Very basic kitchen setup. "
