"The concierge staff were amazing to deal with. We had issues upon arrival where the roof was inaccessible and the team did everything they could to compensate us for the discrepancy! "Perfect for what we were looking for! Private, pool to ourselves, cook when/if we wanted. Separate building for kitchen/living so not to disturb sleepy head! If you want to get around more, need a car, but for our time there, with grocery delivery, we didn’t need. Not our first trip to Mexico, so a quiet retreat was perfect for us! Claudia was a very responsive host. Thank you!"
