"On the outside of the property all of the electric car cords were everywhere, my partner picked them up and put them back on the charging port. They leave trash by the back door, in these big bins and just leave it there for day a couple days at a time. They have rocks all over the parking lot and don't pick them up making for a dangerous parking lot and potential damage to your vehicle. And there's a lot of police activity around the property. The one good thing is it's very pet friendly. And staff is very friendly."

"Upon arrival, room was a little dirty. The bathroom needed a good sweep and the There was a cookie right by the front door. The check in lady was the only one who wasn’t friendly. The rest of the staff was great especially the waitress at breakfast. She’s super friendly and caring. Beautiful views for photos. Nice little walk around the resort. Lots of photo ops. "

"The main pool was out of order but nobody bothered to mention it when we checked in. On top of that our room smelled like sewage. The staff was quick to move our room and offer some complimentary drinks due the pool situation, so I appreciate that, but the “luxury” is certainly lacking at this property. Piece of advice, clean the stairs to the water slide and at least skim the broken pool with a net so guests dont have to look at all the nasty crap floating in the water, even if its not useable."
