"There was not much parking, the room had roaches and the AC unit was not working properly. The rooms are cheap but not really where you want to stay! They have to have security guards at the front gate to secure the property due to the crime. "

The rest of the staff was great especially the waitress at breakfast. She’s super friendly and caring. Beautiful views for photos. Nice little walk around the resort. Lots of photo ops. "

"When I first arrived and checked in, I asked the person at the desk where can I catch the tram? She walked me too the corner and explained which traffic light in the distance was the tram stop. "The main pool was out of order but nobody bothered to mention it when we checked in. On top of that our room smelled like sewage. The staff was quick to move our room and offer some complimentary drinks due the pool situation, so I appreciate that, but the “luxury” is certainly lacking at this property. Piece of advice, clean the stairs to the water slide and at least skim the broken pool with a net so guests dont have to look at all the nasty crap floating in the water, even if its not useable."
