"We had issues with our first room so we had to change rooms. The issues were our air conditioner would not cool. The safe in our room would not work right We also had a smell in our room that we couldn’t figure out where that was coming from We moved to another room and had the same issue with the AC The staff was great if we couldn’t walk somewhere, we could take a golf cart. They will come pick us up at our room. The food was good The beach was not good. We couldn’t go to the beach because of Sargasm. We didn’t have small children with us "

"We had a great time and would definitely go again. The rooms were large and clean. House keeping came everyday and did a great job, our fridge was well stocked and we would leave and drink requests on a note with a tip for when they restocked daily. All the staff were very nice throughout the resort. The buffet's were good and had a wide variety, and the restaurants were all very good. The beach is Rocky but as long as you bring water shoes you'll be fine, it was worth it for the snorkeling. "

"This resort is very average and not as good as the dreams in Punta Cana. - it’s old and dated - the restaurants aren’t very good and they’re often closed - rooms need an update - the biggest complaint is that there’s two pools and one of them is used all day as a party. Constant music, people drinking in the pool all day (and never getting out to go to the washroom), - there are limited lounge chairs and they’re always “reserved by 7:00 am. - lastly and not someting the resort can manage but there’s a huge sargasm problem rendering tue beach and ocean a smelly mess. "Overall, the experience was good. However, I was not impressed with the room—it did not match the pictures and could definitely use some remodeling and maintenance. The room had a noticeable old smell, which might be unpleasant for people who are sensitive to odors. There was also quite a bit of noise coming through the door from housekeeping and people walking in the hallway. It wasn’t terrible, but since we had little ones the noise was sometimes disturbing, especially when they were trying to rest. On the positive side, there was a great variety of food and desserts. The environment was enjoyable, and the unlimited drinks were a nice bonus. The pool is quite large, but it still felt overcrowded. By around 10 a.m., all the poolside and beachside seats and umbrellas were already taken. "
