"The staff was very attentive and helpful. The room was small but comfortable and cozy. It has no AC, but the staff provided a fan and the temperature outside was cold so just opening the window was enough. The hotel is also very close to Paddington Station so there are no issues with moving around. If I were to visit London again, I would more than likely choose this place again."

Breakfast was included, there was no hot food, but a decent variety of cold food. The staff were...assertive in seating & clearing people out, seating single people together etc...but the breakfast room is small for the size of the hotel, only about 8 tables for ~25 rooms. "
