Moreover, everything works in the facilities and, unusually, all the individual parts work intuitively from the shower, the lighting, the coffee making machines, the thorough quality of the bedding, furniture, sound-proofing, blackout blinds, restaurant, concierge etc. My unqualified favourite of mine for London stays. As good as any 5 star I have stayed in. Exceptional!"

"The place was beautiful and in a fantastic location! You can walk to a lot of the typical spots in town and also close to 2 different tube stations. Great staff, very attentive to your needs, very helpful with storing bags before and after your stay. Room was nice, bed was a little small but comfortable. The bar/restaurant area was also very nice, food was good and helpful staff."
