"Very clean, easy check-in, breakfast was great. Only criticism is that they wouldn’t pop our ice packs in the freezer overnight so that we could keep our baby’s milk cold when we travelled the next day. Apparently the chef got fed up of throwing them out so they’ve stopped allowing it. Bit frustrating! "

Even when I reported an item that was accidentally broken by my husband, the host took it simply and was more concerned that my husband was not hurt by the incident. She is such an amazing person. I will definitely use the apartment again whenever am around and I highly recommend it to any customer looking for a comfortable place in St Albans."
