"Poor parking area. Poor bar. Very poor external decor. We were not warned that an engagement party was on Saturday and they did not have their own bra but their function room would be using the hotel bar. So it meant we had to go out for a drink elsewhere."

Staff surly and did not seem to care at all. No offer of any compensation for a terrible night in this place."
